9 questions for growth marketing

Marketing, whatever your industry, is the fuel for business growth. It develops brand awareness, generates leads, nurtures prospects until they’re ready to buy and keeps-in-touch with customers, encouraging repeat purchases.

Whilst marketing strategies, tactics and campaigns differ in both quantity and sophistication, there are 9 fundamental questions that help organisations maximise their growth potential for the year ahead.

To view our “9 Questions for Growth Marketing” guide, complete your details below. A link will then be given on this screen to view the guide.

What’s included in the 9 Questions for Growth Marketing guide?

  • 3 of these questions summarise the previous 12 months - acknowledging results, celebrating successes and positively reviewing the lessons received along the way.

  • The other 6 questions ensure you are prepared for the year ahead.

    • They confirm priorities and why customers buy from you.

    • They summarise the top customer pain points you solve and the key messaging you will use moving forward.

    • They acknowledge market conditions so they can be worked to your advantage, as well as recording ideas and things to be considered further.

The end of your financial year (EOFY) is a great time to pause* and answer these 9 questions, as they bring clarity to your marketing strategy and planning for the months ahead (this format can also be used for quarterly and half yearly reviews).

*Pausing is hard, especially for solo marketers and small teams! Using an external facilitator for your reviews helps to ensure they happen and gives gravitas to the other stakeholders who need to be involved.

Facilitators are also an unbiased, extra pair of eyes who can summarise and co-ordinate different viewpoints, in addition to giving advice based on their experience and knowledge of the market. If that’s of interest, I have opened new marketing reviews slots for June and July 2024… simply drop me a line and let’s chat.
