As preparation for our meeting, we will ask you a series of questions, designed to help us understand the marketing you are currently doing, any tech and software you’re using and what you want your marketing to achieve.

In this half day session, we discuss what you’ve been doing to find sales and the marketing you’ve tried. We talk through your budget, time, resources and targets. Then, after deciding the best types of marketing for your business (strategies), we map out your marketing activities into a plan for the coming months. We will include checkpoints so you can check it’s meeting sales expectations.

A few weeks after our meeting, we schedule a time for us to check-in and confirm how things are going. We review initial marketing results and answer any questions you may have. Further follow-ups may be booked as needed (subject to an additional charge).
