What to expect:

The workshop covers the following six steps. The time spent on each section will depend on the experience of your team and time :

  1. Research - we confirm the event attending and its expected delegates.

  2. Objectives - understanding what a successful event looks like and how to measure this.

  3. Plan - We will explore plans to date, discuss stand designs, messaging and pre-event promotions to ensure maximum footfall to your stand by the right people.

  4. Process - Keeping on top of the preparations for a successful event. Includes exhibition company requirements (such as online profiles, stand furniture orders, H&S forms and build/breakdown details) plus design & print of stand materials, preparing promo and follow-up content.

  5. Practice - Often overlooked but makes events go much smoother. From mocking up your stand for a quicker build, to ensuring all booth staff know how to answer frequently asked questions. We also often facilitate a session where sales share how to ask questions that qualify customers and technical coach how to answer sticky technical queries.

  6. Results - We map out the follow-up process, from how leads will be processed at the event, to their entry into your CRM system, the qualification process to be used and who will be responsible for the follow-up emails and calls.

This workshop is delivered by our principal consultant, Hannah Welch, who has helped many B2B, manufacturing and other exhibiting companies to prepare for, deliver and follow-up trade shows and exhibitions. Her experience allows the workshop to be tailored to your team and the event(s) you are preparing for, to maximise their success.
