Increasing the positive social impact made by this case management company, was achieved by expanding its services into new regions.
Our positive impact marketing consulting process began with a review of the existing services being offered and understanding how clients were referred to them. We then developed a marketing strategy and action plan to both replicate their success into new geographical areas as well as increase the number of referrals being received in existing service areas.
A launch event for the new regional services was held, plus PR and communications to engage and encourage referrals from existing and new service users, clients and influencers.
